YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can cancel the order contract between us within 14 days of receiving the parcel, according to the Distance Selling Act. However, the items must be in an unused and unaltered state including all original labelling and packaging for a full item refund. This applies to all of our products except for nursing pads, which, due to hygienic reasons, cannot be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances. Remember to contact us if you would like to return or exchange any products within 14 days of receiving your items, and please note the return must reach us within 14 days of you notifying us for any refund to be applicable. If the return arrives later than 14 days after you notify us, you will instead receive a voucher for the return amount, to use in our shop within 6 months. Please make sure to include the return slip in your return.
If you change your mind about a purchase after the 14 days have passed, and the item is still unused and in stock in our webshop, you are able to return it in exchange for a voucher in the value of the items at the time of sale. This voucher is valid for 6 months.
Please note that while you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain and take reasonable care of them. Under the new EU directives of the Distance Selling Act (June 2014), you have the right to use the product to find out whether you wish to keep it or return it. However, please note that if you return a visibly used product with or without original labelling, we will not refund the full amount that you paid for the item. This is because the item cannot be sold as new and has lost part or all of it's value by being visibly used. Therefor we will deduct anything from 30-90% of the price you paid for the item before refunding your money, to cover the loss of value of the returned item. We will decide the amount to deduct for loss of value, based on its appearance etc, and will notify you of the amount when we confirm receipt of your return. By finishing a purchase in our shop, you agree to these return conditions.
You must send the goods back to us in their original condition (that means not being worn or used with original packaging and brand labels) to our return address below within 14 days, if you request a full refund of the returned items. This will have to be at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract, and within 14 days if you require a refund.
Remember that you are liable for return shipping. Any refund will include the original shipping cost, if applicable (see Refund Policy below), and you will receive your refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
When you return goods to us because you have cancelled the contract between us within 14 days of receiving the order, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
We will refund the price of the goods in full, including the cost of sending the item to you, unless you only return part of your order, in which case we will only refund the price of the goods excluding the cost of sending the items to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we have delivered an incorrect item or quantity, please return the product to us. Once we have confirmed the product defect or other problem, we will provide a full refund for any goods that are damaged or defective, if this is within a reasonable time following the sale
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for defective goods.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
If you would like to exchange any items due to wrong size or any other reason, please follow the instructions for Returns above, and include a note with your name, order number and which items you would like to receive instead. Love Milk will pay for the delivery of your new item. Please note you are responsible for the item until it has been returned to us, and that you are also responsible for the return postage.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be credited to you in the form of a voucher which will be valid for 12 months.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
